5 Items to Add to Your Fall/Winter 2020 Wardrobe

Bring on the mild weather, layering, boots and coats! My favorite season has arrived, and I’m excited for the fall and winter fashion.

Like every season, there’s a plethora of trends floating around this season, but some are easier to pull off than others. I decided to narrow them down to five easy items that you can easily add to your closet this season.

And YES, the images are shoppable!

  1. Flannel Shacket

The shacket is trend is everywhere and it’s just as it sounds — it’s a cross between a shirt and jacket making it perfect for areas that experience mild fall/winter weather like we do here in Dallas.

2. Something Leather

Whether it’s real or faux, leather is a must this season. From tops, to pants to hair accessories, the textile is super versatile. You can literally dress it up or dress it down, wear it during the day or at night.

3. Chunky Boot

The 90’s have called and they’re coming back in the form of the chunky boot. While the chunky boot isn’t for everyone, it it also a very versatile trend that can be paired with anything from jeans and leggings to girly dresses for an unexpected punch.

4. Bold Suits

Go bold or go home when it comes this trend. Adding a bold suit to your closet is a great way to shine bright even when the weather might be drab. I love pairing bold suits with a graphic tee and sneakers for a fun street-style vibe.

5. Chocolate Brown

Neutrals more your thing? Try adding chocolate brown to your wardrobe in some capacity. Many are calling it the color of the season. Extra style points if you pair the sexy hue with baby blue as the combo has been crowned color combo of the season.

Which trend are you feeling?
